What is it about?

A booking
Nothing can be booked yet — checkout opens with payments — so there is no reservation to change or cancel today. Once there is, this is where a date, a party size or a cancellation gets sorted.
A gift
No gift code has been issued, so a code you were sent did not come from us. If someone told you they bought one here, they were looking at the same demonstration you are.
Listing your business
Applications are genuinely open, and this is the one route here that leads somewhere real. Write if you would rather talk it through first — no deck, no pressure, twenty minutes.
Your data
Ask what we hold, ask for a copy, or ask us to delete it. The honest answer today is an email address if you joined the waitlist, and nothing else — but you should not have to take that on trust.
Something that doesn't work
A page that breaks, a control you cannot reach with a keyboard, contrast you cannot read, anything that fails with a screen reader. These get fixed before features do.

One form, read by a person
Small enough that whoever reads your message is whoever can do something about it. That will not always be true, and we will say so here when it stops being.

What to expect
- Usually the same day
- Longer at a weekend. If something is time-critical, say so in the first line rather than the third paragraph.
- No phone line, no postal address
- Neither exists yet, and printing one to look established is the sort of small lie the rest of this site does not tell. If you need a registered address for a legal notice, ask and you will get the real one.
- We will not add you to anything
- Your address is used to reply and for nothing else. The waitlist is the only list, you join it deliberately, and one click leaves it.
If you make what you pour, the door is already open
It is the one thing on this site that is not waiting for a milestone. Applications are read by a person, in about nine days, and you will hear from them by name.
