We started because one of us stopped drinking and got tired of being handed a soda.
The method
We vacuum-distil botanicals individually — gentian, sea buckthorn, green walnut — and blend afterwards. It is the same work as making a good amaro, minus the alcohol.
Visiting
A proper tasting bar with a proper bartender. Everything on the menu is zero-proof.
