We grow the rye, we malt part of it, we distil it, and we age it in a barn two hundred yards from the field it came out of.

Why estate matters

Rye is a difficult grain to work with and an easy one to buy pre-distilled. Almost nobody does the whole chain. The difference is in the mid-palate, and we will happily prove it side by side.

Visiting

Tours cross the field, the malt floor and the rickhouse. Wear boots between November and April.
