Riesling, bone dry, built to be forgotten in a cellar for a decade. And a Shiraz that has more in common with the northern Rhône than with the valley floor below us.
Visiting
The cellar door is an 1890s stone stable. Cheese from the next farm along, and the view goes a long way.
